Repeat Prescriptions
You can register to use the appointments and repeat prescriptions on-line service.
Simply come down to the surgery, bringing with you some suitable ID (passport, driving licence or utility bill would be fine) and you will be issued with your unique user name and password and some guidance notes. To protect your confidentiality it is not possible to do this over the telephone or through the post.
Your local pharmacy might provide the option of them collecting your repeat prescription for you – why not ask ?
**Please note - repeat prescriptions are only available for currently authorised repeat medication which is on your medication list and has not run out. If you are due a prescription review please make a surgery or telephone appointment as advised**.
