Alcohol

Current UK advice is no more than 2-3 alcohol units daily for women and no more than 3-4 daily for men.

There's approximately one unit of alcohol in half a pint of regular strength ale, beer, lager or cider; a 25cl measure of a spirit, or a small glass of wine. The number of units will be greater for stronger, premium beers.
