Urgent Appointments

Our reception team are trained to navigate you to the most appropriate service to help you. This may be:

 

  • Our Same Day Care (SDC) Team – after giving our receptionist a brief description of your symptoms, a member of the SDC team contacts you, they will discuss your symptoms and assess you over the phone. If they feel you need to be assessed face-to-face, you will be offered an urgent appointment with a clinician. Call 01757 211750 (option 1)

 

  • A local Urgent Treatment Centre – walk in services for adults and children, who have minor injuries or illness.

  • Community Eye Care Services (CECS) – assessment and treatment for a range of minor eye conditions for patients aged 2 years and above.

Routine appointments

The easiest way to request an appointment is via Klinik, no login is needed.

To book an appointment with a Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner or Pharmacist you can:

  • call 01757 211750 (option 1)
  • book in person at reception

  • CAMHS – Mental health support for children and young people

  • NHS Choices – a website with a great 'A-Z' section, giving advice on managing a large range of conditions.
  • Pharm Refer – we can make a referral for you be seen by a local pharmacist.
