Our reception team are trained to navigate you to the most appropriate service to help you. This may be:

Our Same Day Care (SDC) Team – after giving our receptionist a brief description of your symptoms, a member of the SDC team contacts you, they will discuss your symptoms and assess you over the phone. If they feel you need to be assessed face-to-face, you will be offered an urgent appointment with a clinician. Call 01757 211750 (option 1)

A local Urgent Treatment Centre – walk in services for adults and children, who have minor injuries or illness.
