Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

·         Insurance claim/cancellation forms or reports

·         Medicals for pre-employment and driving requirements

·         Firearms Licensing and Medical Forms  

·         Prescriptions for taking medication abroad

·         Private sick notes

·         To whom it may concern letter

·         Vaccination certificates

·         Hepatitis B for occupational purposes (to be paid for by employer)

Please note that we cannot guarantee to undertake private work, your request may be declined by the Doctor.
