Midwife Booking Paperwork

On the morning of your booking appointment

Please attend on time for your booking appointment, you can bring your partner with you, but please try not to bring children where possible.

You will need to bring an early morning urine sample. When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with reception.

Your first appointment will take roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes. You will not get a scan at this first appointment.
