Opening Hours

Our contractual opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 18.30pm 

Our consulting times are between these hours. 

Please note at certain times e.g. lunch or at the end of the working day a clinician may not be present in the building. 

Call NHS111 for less urgent issues, this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

In an emergency please dial 999 or attend your local Emergency Department

 

 

Advance notice of closure for staff training: Wednesday 12th November 2025 between 12pm and 6pm.

If you have an urgent problem on this afternoon, please call 01904 943777. 

Any routine enquiries should be made when the surgery reopens.

Please note on Thursday lunchtime we close from 12pm until  2pm for staff training.

Extended Opening Times

To accommodate patients who find it difficult to have an appointment during normal opening hours, we offer limited extended opening on the following days:

    • Tuesday mornings: 7am to 8am (GP telephone appointments only)
    • Tuesday evening: 6.30pm to 8pm (Nurse appointments & GP appointments following telephone triage)
    •  Monthly Saturday surgery: 8.30am to 1:30pm (Nurse appointments & GP appointments following telephone triage

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Alternatively, an Urgent Treatment Centre may be able to help with your problem.
